My 99 DC4 Build
^when I wetsand/buff headlights, I use 1500->1800->2000->2500 grit then with mothers powerball I use bluemagic lens restorer. Should have taken some pics of my buddies headlights I did. They were all yellow, after all that looked brand new.
Also Jason, looking good, car is coming along nicely. Though those tails are ricey, but smoked should be nice.

I sold my all reds, because I was not going to tint the all red lights. I prefer tinted.
I have his all red Tail lights. YAY. CAR LOOKS DOPE MAN. PS, I think I may just get a CF gas cover now. loool
Not bashing, but I think the tail lights would look better just a little less blacked out. Smoked a bit less. Either way, the car looks sick. I wish my cars body was the way yours looks right now.

Well I stopped by to look at the car after my dad worked on it all yesturday, and it's pretty much ready for paint now, just need to sand the primer on the drivers door, and it's ready for paint, so by this weekend I should have it back on the road, and thanks god, I miss driving her.

Here only a few pictures of the car with the paper on it when i got there, and then after i took off all the paper and tape. I did get a few other stuff done to the car as well, but you will all get to see it today, as I'm going to get the car all back together, and I will be driving it from now on, unless is snows, and maybe not then, summer tires and snow don't go well together, lol. It's nice having everything shaved on the hatch and having no ugly antenna hole any more. Plus the bumpers, side molding, spoon mirrors, door handles, side skirts, and type-r spoiler where all painted yesturday at 4:15.

^^ im sure its just shinny like that. since i am guessing its not a single stage paint job like most of the cars on the street.
car looks great. cant wait to see it all together with some nice rims.

The car has been base coat and clears coated. In just materials used I'm looking around $1500 my cost, and $1000 is just the paint supplies.
