I've never had to use a filter wrench on my car :P I apply fresh oil to the filter rubber, tighten it hard enough that i can't easily turn it back and when the next change rolls around it's a breeze..

you shouldnt have gotten rid of your old hood. cf hoods dont pass safety. FYI carbon fibre is really strong, and doesnt bend like metal in a collision. it will simply snap the hood bolts and go straight through the windshield lol.

Honestly, why are you spending money on lips and all that stuff, when your car still has shitty black primer, and steelies lol. you should invest you money in a really nice paint job, and even get some decent rims on there.

I don't know any shop that would not sign a safety for a car with a cf hood...

wait, you're spending all this time and money on an automatic DA? and you said a few pages back you want to do a b18c swap and now you're saying you're gonna turbo it? Please tell me you're doing a manual conversion soon...

^^better be with a manual transmission, otherwise you'll be swapping auto trans often.

Whats the point, manual you'll shift quicker.
if you wanna stay half auto, convert a manual transmission to a dog box with straight cut gears. you then wont need to clutch upshifting and will have quicker shifting times.

do you know how much a good torque converter is ?

you'll need a level 10 torque converter and whole lotta more ---- for the tranny for it to handle it, That itself is worth more than anything you bought for you car

It will have to be completely rebuilt. thats a good 3 -4 grand
LEVEL 10

If you have everything for the swap, do it. if not, its a waste of money and time
