yo anthony, just loctite them on, welding them on isn't exactly the greatest idea... specially since frame is metal, and tow hook is aluminum .... better off to just like use red loctite and ppl will be there a while trying to get it off!

Depends on how bad it is. post up a pic. My old type r lip for my DC was missing about 3 inches of the actual plastic. so i put a hard metal grid, filled the inside with hardening putty, the bondod, sanded and painted. so if its less damage then what i explained, i can finish it in like an hour
