np. its just annoying when people try and guess. most things have a pretty definte answer when there like this lol.

its just annoying when people say ---- to hope there right. yea its cool to help out, but when you get told the wrong thing and you end up start something you never intended to with your car, its really not helping lol. but good luck man.

update for everyone

IT IS THE THERMOSTAT!!!!

replaced my thermostat yesterday morning and it was a pain in the neck. your lower hose leads to the thermostat housing which is located behind the distributor and i would say just above or close to above your transmission (im not an expert i think it was the transmission or transmission casing and that made it difficult for me casue the bottom bolt on the housing is almost trapped by the tranny like i found using a gearwrench to be best but still hard. socket wrench was way too big to get in there unless u wanna start taking things apart and the wire harness or some kinds of wires running to all sortsa sensors was in the way and i wasnt very successful disconnecting everything chipped plastic on some plugs and stuff) anyways long story short if your not good working in tight places don't DIY it can be frustarating. if you can get clearance to the housing bolts then your fine...if i had my garage cleaned up and was working there id take more apart which would make it easier. and yes this solved my problem bought a thermostat and gasket for under 40 bucks at crappy T a fail safe one popped it in warmed the car up and it was perfect never dropped to cold ripped it all day and night yesterday never dropped to cold ripped it this morning 80 k back and forth still sitting at warm its just beatiful now and the car runs MINT never had it running better i get oof the hiway come to a complete stop and u cant even hear my car on its quiet and punching the gas just feels awsome whne your motor runs at optimal temperature you will have optimal performance beleiev me al you running cold get this done it doesn't cost much even if u cant do it i cant see a mechanc charging more than 100 bucks parts and labour to do this it should be a half hour job or less for someone with experience it took me say 1.5 hours only cause that bottom bolt. my old thermostat didnt look faulty to the eye but i guess it was the spring had just as much resistance as the new one AND BY THE WAYY MY HEAT WORKED FINE BEFORE I REPLACED THE THERMOSTAT I DUNNO IF IT REALLY AFFECTS YOUR INTERIOR HEAT...I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY HEAT FOR 3 YEARS AND I HAD THIS FAULTY THERMOSTAT FOR 3 YEARS EVEN ON COOL SUMMER NIGHTS MY CAR WOULD RUN COLD BUT I ALWAYS HAD HEAT ALWAYS

DONT THINK CAUSE U HAVE HEAT UR THERMOSTAT IS FINE...IT COULD STILL BE BUST

PS: drain your coolant before anything i never thought it would pour out the way it did i learned the hard way you shouldnt have too not much spills out untill you yank the thermostat out then its like niagra all over your tranny lol it was a funny moment lucky i had a jug of coolant to replace it wen i was done

ANYWAYS THANKS TO ALL FOR THE HELP specially xnxixtxrxox and ya get that done if your having the symptons my car had you wont regret it
