Default Spoon Calipers?

I currently have the 4x100 +42 offset 16inch rim/hub setup on the car and interested in getting the twin block spoon calipers,
i was told you can use the stock itr pads on these calipers, however, do i need to upgrade the rotor size? bolt setup?
For those who have the spoons,
PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
THANKS!

yes they can be fitted, hopefully the person on here will chime in for you, cause there's a member on this board that has it done.

92-96 prelude vtec rotors re-drilled to 4x100. you'll need to put a back spacing on the rotor to have it centred between the pads. either that or machine the back of the caliper but nobody wants to do that
