Default spoon calipers on a 4x100?

Just wonderin what i need , (if applicable) to bolt up the spoon calipers on a 4x100 bolt pattern. I am currently running a 16'' rim w/ offset of 42
much info would be awsome!
Thanks fellas!

92-96 prelude rotors redrilled to 4x100 and you gotta bring the rotor out about 3mm by using washers or some sort of spacer on the studs between the hub and rotor.

The size of the spacer you'll need to use will depend on the offset of your wheels.
