Default Integra died in traffic, now engine won't turn. HELP!

so my 96 RS dies in traffic, as i was accelerating. had it towed to my driveway.

did some troubleshooting today, but still no luck.
it tries to start when i crank it, but engine won't turn.

there's gas in it.
battery is new, 2months old.
starter new, ignition and dizzy ok.
also replaced the fuel filter recently.
checked my spark plugs, all good, none are black.

i really don't wanna tow it to my mechanic, cause i know $500 won't cut it to get it back on the road, and i have a spare car for the time being.

what should i check next? i'm thinking fuel pump or injectors?

When was the timing belt done? Hopefully it didn't snap!

well, i don't think it's the timing belt, cause the dizzy spins when i try to start it.

ok, it's not the fuel pump either cause i can hear it whirring still when i power the car on.

-take off the valvecover and check if the timing belt snapped

-turn the key to the on position and listen for the fuel pump

well if it is the timing belt and you keep trying to start it you do a wonderful job on your valves.

the verdict: just a bad ignition coil. pheww.
i guess i didn't check for spark properly/read the multimeter wrong.

back on the road, and yea, it's due up for 2nd a timing belt/water pump job. pushing 330,000 kms already.
