http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=0VkKVHBHSUo

i took a video.. this happened today... it only happens when turning right forward and not reversed... any idea guys?.. did some height adjustments and and i tried to see what was wrong... i notice side deep scratches inside the rim.. seems like something pointy was hitting it....

it is the dust cover?..bearings?...cv boot/?... im not that low.. anybody got this before? will send it in for alignment soon.

Hmm that is a weird noise, eh dude check your heat shield for the brakes, we might have bent it by accident. I remember with my white teg it use to rub so I had to bend it back and it was fine. Idk try that.

Sounds like the dust shield making a contact with the rim. Check it out, where that mark is on the rim turn your wheel to that part and take a look underneath see what is making that mark.

.............

what?

What do you mean you're getting another alignment. Because of the scratching? If you have gashes inside your rim, how is that an alignment issue. Dust shield is rubbing on something. Theres no way youre even CLOSE to ever rub on the height you're at, especially on OEM wheels.

Take off the wheel, look around. See whats up.

Sounds like dust shield, but how the hell can it be touching the rim? There is no way it can warp and deform enough to make it to the rim. Touching rotor, YES. Moreover, it could be on the inside and not clearly visible.

What you do is, jack the car up, take the wheel off. Leave the car in neutral, and spin the hub and see where it touches. Then using a pry bar/large flat screw driver pry the dust shield back.

And how many times are you adjusting the damn suspension? Moreover, hope you're not just cranking the perches up, and actually adjusting the base.

Alignment wise, you do not have a camber kit, in reality if your toe was good before the drop, it will be unchanged, or changed insignificantly. Never bothered with alignment after a drop, was always good, nor did I ever go through premature tire wear. Just saying.
