Default Cold Starting Integra Problem

As u all know when winter wants to get harsh it can be In the GTA. I have a little problem with my car, I wanted to sum up some ideas from n e one who reads this to help me out. Whenever i start my car in the morning, or whenever i have left my car sitting in the cold for a very long time, i hear a buzzing sound coming from the left side of the motor(if u were sitting in the car) where the pulleys are, i changed the belts and still the problem persists.. WTF?! GSR 98 btw

Does the car crank over at all? How many times does it take?

After the cars running, does it ever die on it's own?

does it go on for a very short time and then stop? it could be the ABS re-setting itself.

Its not a problem - the ABS is prepping itself when you start the car.

Hmm some LS and SE have it. It would be best to get someone with experience listen to it.

If its when its extremely cold, most likely its the alternator.
