Default Automatic to standard swap

Hey, I have An automatic integra and I want to convert it to 5 speed but I don't want to sell mine and buy a new one. What parts would I need and what's a rough estimate on price range, it's a 96 se b18b

My bad. Just copied and pasted. didnt read half the ---- but I know its there, lol. Was looking at the same list before when i was thinking about a swap

thanks for the parts list im thinking about doing it next season but i just wanted to know whats involved. i miss standard :P

Actually from what I hear you can run the auto ECU..its just gonna throw a check engine light
