Default ls/vtec conversion

I drive a 90 integra with an ls motor. I'm planning on picking up a b16 first gen head. My question is what do I need to do in order to do the swap. Any help would be great thanks

what are the chances that somebody wth that user name doesn't know what parts to acquire on an lsv project? i think soon-to-be-ls/vtec is better
