There's no way possible you can center it on the car. The hub attaches to the wheel, with 4 bolts. How the hell do you think the wheel boot is gonna center over the hub if the car needs it to balance out the wheel?

well then that civic needs some serious wheel tubs!Its must have been bolted to a spare wheel and leaned on the other wheel thats my guess.It sticks out to far.
