maybe you should look up what the word "budget" means, while your at it, perhaps ask someone to explain to you how to save money. who says you have to turn out a finished car overnight? if you put 100grand on a house and your paying a $1700 mortgage then you sir are getting raped up the ***
i have a mortgage to pay along with bills everymonth. here's an idea, if you can't afford a house, your car, or money for parts to do stuff to your car; yet you want all of these things, them maybe you should take your *** back to school then find a higher paying job.....but wait....that would be too much work right?
For one i was just at the bank and talking it over with a mortgage broker, and i asked her if I bought a house for 350 000 and put 100 grand cash down how much would the mortgage be roughly. She calculated it and it came out to almost 1700 a month. Dont talk about something you dont know. Pure stupidty fuzzy, im going to believe you over someone who does that for a living. How much is it for a decent apartment 800? probably more. So for a brand new house thats 350 000 you think your going to pay close to what your payin for an apartment with property taxes. YA ------- RITE, take your best shot fuzzy. You guys get raped up the ------- on property taxes too because you live in t.o. Id blow my brains out if i lived in t.o always in traffic dealing with pure bullshit. Plus for a decent house you pay out the -------.

Now i have to say this sorry bro, but for you to say to me if you cant afford it maybe you should go back to school is the funniest thing ive ever heard. You just started this, so im going to finish it so you know. All the buildings that go up now and your HOSPTIAL has to have fire sprinklers installed in it before occupancy can be let in. Yes my car is half *** even though my paint is 2 times better then yours quality wise, and colour wise. I dont work in toronto either so I dont have to worry about the commute.

i have the advantage... i work at a bodyshop so i paid jus for the body work, prep is done by me which i have to redo again cause i've been primered since june..then mix and get buddy at work to spray :P...Sir Smoke...I kno who to goto when I wanna get rid of it

this thread is hilarious....sounds like someone in here has their foot up their ***. Mortgage payments varies depending on your down payment, the cost of your house, and the bank you take your mortgage with. My sister paid her house over half a mill last year and they dont pay $1700 a month!

I know of several DAs that are nice looking. The rust buckets are usually stockers or ghetto fab rides.
Both Mark and myself have decent (I'm using decent cause I don't want to toot my own horn) DAs. However we don't have balling rims.
