Default Pictures of my latest project!... project JDMDB7

Story behind my integra was that my Grandfather recently past away about 3 months ago due to colon cancer, my grandfather always knew me as a person that would take a rock and make it into a diamond. and as well he wanted to keep myself busy for the next few months And well here we have it! My newest diamond to add to my collection.
When I first picked it up the car was in pretty rough shape had about a good 50+ dents all over the car, doors were changed but the lock cylinder was never swapped, but it did have a few good things though, although the motor had high mileage (269k when I picked it up) the motor was mint and the rest was VERY minimal on the car. The car needed new fenders... not like I was worried since first things first I was going to do a front end conversion.
So I took it upon as my project considering that I have been looking for an integra sedan for the longest time.

And here we have it... my DB7
Keeping this one simple and clean
Did a couple of things here and there but really happy how it turned out for a 3 month project

i would like to say many thanks for friends that came by, stood by me when i needed it and as well helped me out on my project

and as well many thanks for High Tech Car Care Clinic for doing the body work and painting my car! Amazing work for the price i paid!

My grandfather passed away last month as well.

That's a very nice thing of you to do, your Integra turned out great.

Ask For Fayyaz

Tell him Tommy with the Silver Integra sent you

Make sure that you go to the Mechanic Shop and not the body shop...

funny as it sounds Fayyaz owns both of the shops but works out of the Mechanic shop while his brother works out of the bodyshop.

i Seriously think my grandfather is watching over me, From getting the car and how everything just went hand on hand, and how everything came together.

like for example finding the bodyshop, yea i had a few places that quoted me CHEAPER for a complete paint job and well some.. was way up there... but for some reason i just happen to chose this bodyshop, which honestly i have never seen there previous work, and well for some gut feeling i should just leave my car there. and guess what... 2 weeks later the car looks amazing... sure theres 1 or 2 flaws here and there... BUT for price i paid for, and the quality of work that came out.. im really happy!

i would recommend anyone to go there for a paint job or whatever they need

and the best part of all... they did not use any glazing primer to cut corners on the dents (its that yellow crap that most bodyshops use to smooth out cars)

Beautiful car man. my grandfather passed away last year new years day. I've been there its tough but as you said they watch over us. I dont got a car to show for it but I have a tattoo of him on the back of my right shoulder. Just doing anything in memory is well worth it. Helps the grieving process as well.

it looks good because it actually makes the car look more like an accord. JDM type R front looks nicer on 2DR ones though.
