I fell in love with the new style ford GT. I know the ford GT40 was just epic but something about the ford GT just makes my jaw drop. I have only seen one on the road since well ever. I have seen a ford GT40 on the road as well. Same paint job that blue and orange could of been a replica one but it was a thing of beauty.
I wish one day I can have a ride in a ford GT I love the cockpit of that car it's just sweet. If I can have a viper, corvette and mustang I'd trade it for the ford GT any day every day.

Lol Mustang's is a bit under class for this competition but my buddy has a GT500 and it rips hard! But sadly I'd have to say the Ford GT I love how it looks and how it's basically had the same look forever lol.

Lol Vettes are so over played though. Ironically though my neighbour has a Z06 from 01 and it's pretty nice, it's just the lower models like the C5 (for that year, not sure what the new base is) I guess that everyone seems to buy because it's cheaper

***You need to correct your picture, Paul... The Viper pictured is not a SRT10 but an ACR. The ACR is a track-oriented version and is MUCH better than the regular SRT10. The SRT10 is the roadster-looking model (no wings n' stuff). Just thought I'd clear that up.
As un-reliable as it is... my vote goes to the Ford GT, BY A MILE!!!!!
Out of those cars, it's only only one that actually performs on a track as good as it looks.
The GT500, ZR1 and Viper all tire-smoking hammers, good for nothing but laying mile-long patches of black. Don't get me wrong, some of the others do handle well, but not nearly as good as the GT.

Im quite inclined to assume American cars that handle well are very few and far in between.
The Ford GT is based on the GT40, a purpose built racetrack handling machine. None of the others to my knowledge started that way. As Mike stated, the other cars and handling dont belong in the same sentence.
It is possible, but heavy modification is necessary.
Just my .02

Np. Just wanted to point it out because there is a big difference between the two.
I don't believe there are any SRT-10's with wings... At least none that I've seen. Typically the SRT-10 is the basic street model. But the model pictured above is no doubt an ACR.

Let's not forget. The corvette is one of the best bang for the buck cars out there. What other cars are as good for the value of the car. If you got any please share wanna know what I could potentially buy lol.
