Default Wheel Lug Question?

Hey guys, I got a set of 15's from somebody a while back. Its some eagle alloys 4x100 universal. I've refinished them but the wheels lug area is to small for standard size lugs. Are there different types of luge sizing? I got those tuner lugs from --------s but they dont fit, so won't my previous lug nuts. They are just a tad bit to big to fit into the universal holes. Was just wondering if anyone here has ever run into the same problem where there wheel holes were to small. And was just wondering if anyone knows the types of lugs to use?
Thanks guys!
