Security Lug Key replacement, lugs, and broken lug removal

Anyone can help with a Security Lug Key and/or service?
Willing to pay thanks for help.
Broke my '96 Integra Security Lug Key and one lug bolt...

Also looking for basic replacement lugs once those are out.
