i have b&g full coilovers, they are a fairly stiff ride but they handle fantastic.

H&R springs and stock shocks for now

on the teg we're going with teh Skunk2 Pro-C coilovers

and since this is toronto integras im sure the OP was asking about teg suspension, HR Race on a teg is gonna be stiffer than on a TL

so instead of post whoring TI, GO DO SOME WORK ON THE TEG


and to make this post relative:

we are gonna be putting Skunk2 PRO-C coilovers on the DA

IMO... i bleev Skunk2 is really good especially for Honda and Acura parts... hopefully soon I will be ordering my suspension... but if you want.. you can msg Red_Tegger... his DA is amazing... it looks reall nice.. just nto sure of his setup

Tein HA - custom rates of 20k front and 18k rear.

I also have a set of BuddyClub springs for coilovers with a 24k front and 22k rear.

tein type flex coilovers
tein front / rear strut bar
tein edfc
J's racing c pillar bar
omni lower control arms
skunk front and rear camber kits
asr subframe kit
asr sway bar links
type r rear sway bar
complete poly bushing kit

rides rellie stiff when needed, for daily driving its a bit harsh on bumpy roads thoe, its a given
