Default Few issues...need help!

My water temp seems very high. On my Defi gauge, it is reading at 105C. Usually when the weather is in the teens, the gauge will be reading at low 90C.
These are the things I have checked already:
a) The coolant level on both the rad and reservoir bottle seems fine which indicates enough coolant in the system

b) The low rad hose after a drive is hot which indicates the thermostat has .opened.

c) The fan is kicking in at around 100C which indicates the thermswitch is working.

d) The factory water temp gauge reads 1/5 below the half point mark which seems to be normal.

Anyone know why the sudden increase in the water temp?

---------------------------------------

Car is '96 Integra running a '95 JDM B18B, OBD-I. Has S-AFC installed.
Symptoms:
1) hard to start in cold weather (below 10C). Need to give a part throttle when cranking to start it up. Once started, car stays on and idles steadily.

2) Intermittent CEL on, mainly when it's cold outside. CEL code indicates TPS problem.

3) When CEL on, car sometimes get throttle cut-off and on for split second while coasting with about 10-20% throttle, esp in 2nd or 3rd gear.

Checked:

1) No vacuum leak on all hoses

2) S-AFC sensor check has no throttle position dead spot and reads normal for the TPS.

Any idea what's causing this problems?

how did you install the S-AFC?
Did you solder every connection? Or at least use wire taps?
If you just twisted everything together and electrical taped it up, i'd solder/shrinkwrap that stuff.
I've found (from tuning cars) when you have to give the car some throttle for it to start, its usually getting TOO MUCH fuel.

I'd check all of the connections on your ECT guage, make sure nothings loose.
