strut bar or sway bar?

If you are talking about strut bar well....Ebay and call it a day. The 3 point supposedly helps better, but i never noticed anything in non of my cars that had strut bars. In theory it helps, but not enough to help really.

Though you say upgrade thus it leads me to believe you are talking about sway bars. If so, its completely different story.

You can get a typeR front strut bar for 40$ at toronto JDM. then for the back, any will do. I never felt a difference. But then again, Im not taking turns at 70kms on a track.

Upgrading rear sway bar its suggested you get subframe brace to prevent from tearing. Also, if you upgrade the rear, should also upgrade the front so you keep the suspension geometry and movement equally distributed to oem.

Meaning, if your rear sway bar gets upgraded by certain amount of sprung rate, the front should proportionally upgraded. Usually buying from same brand will be just right.

Sway bar, being an active part of suspension you will definitely feel, the strut bar...is a body brace. You will not.

Another difference is that a strut bar increases resistance to flexing on your car's chassis, whereas the sway bar increases resistance to roll while turning. Neither will affect your ride comfort going in a straight line, not to any noticeable degree anyway.

My opinion, do both for a hella good handling machine
