Transmission sound

agreed with Ignazty. But, giving you a heads up. Honda Auto Tranny's are fail. After the 100k mark or so they start to give that horrible thud. Ive read even worse things about people doing intake/header/exhaust all together and the tranny not being able to take it. Theyre very weak, hence why you can't go boost or supercharged unless you upgrade to a level 10 tranny. The flush will make it smoother, but unfortunately it wont go totally away unless you get a newer one, or do expensive service on it.

There's plenty to do outside my room but I choose not to!

Don't put MTF or any standard fluid in it, keep the ATF. There are reasons why AFT is used and not MTF.
Honda auto transmissions are not all bad back them, the early 2000's, I can't say the same, they are ---- then.
Your going to need a transmission soon with it downshifting harsh like that, so start saving to replace that one. You are most likely looking at around $300-$400 for a good used one.
