i changed my transmission fluid to honda high quality synthetic transmission oil i didnt end up using lucas transmission fix fluid because i found out the one i bought was for auto.

after changing the fluid and driving around for a while i noticed i still have a gear grind from 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 4th. this usully starts to happen after the car has been running for about 15 mins.

do u have ne ideas on what the problem is?

iv talked to someone about it and they say it may be caused by bad syncros and i might need to get my transmission rebuilt.

I'm not a big fan of additives myself and have heard mixed reviews of Lucas products in the past. Try double clutching between gears and that should solve all your syncro issues if you have them. Just clutch into neutral, lift, then clutch again into gear. Ran half a season with fubared syncros from 2/3 and 3/4. Got pretty quick at it too. When I'm lapping I also double clutch to protect the syncros. It'll keep the damage minimal until you get new syncros installed.
