Default thoughts on golden eagle ls/b20 vtec kit?

I was looking at the golden eagle kit for the ls/b20 vtec I'm picking up a integra with a b20 in it and I don't have the kind of money to do a gsr or itr swap I was wondering if its worth getting or just wait and save and buy a gsr or itr swap?

A b20 vtec setup is great gives you a quick car without spending a lot of money. Itr and gsr swaps are pricey. It all depends on your budget which route you wanna take.

well depends on your definition of "quick" swapping in a $2500 GSR motor wont really help you much, especially with stock LS tranny.

no way will you get to 180whp with stock setup.

Im saying low/mid 160whp. moreover, you have ls transmission which will be slow.

i got a b20 aswell, bone stock. just an aem v2 on it. what size gasket should u order with this kit? theres 81-86mm gasket. what is suggested? after this mod i probably will just do bolt ons, and suspension upgrades..so what gasket set would be best? and should u rebuild the vtec head u swap?

MALICE85 - if you're staying stock bore then 84mm

dcboy94 - saw a dyno sheet of b20 with gsr head (higher compression) made 175whp. Skunk2 i/m and full 2.5" exhaust.
