HEY
im new to this Integra thing. just got an 01 Supercharged GSR. pulled hard all week. now out of nowhere it has started bogging.pulled the plug wires and plugs.one wire was full of water! cleaned and dried them out but the bog is still there. car drives fine at a steady rpm but as soon as i accelerate the bog is there. sometimes it clears up and pulls hard again, sometimes it stay bogging unless i stay at a stable rpm.im thinking its an ignition problem. any ideas would be appreciated.

 

ok . so i changed the plugs, wires, fuel filter and cleaned the air filter. bog is almost all gone. had to order cap and rotor, should be in soon. also noticed my a/f ratio is very high. maybe a 02 problem???

 

Does rpm jump around when starts bogging? OR is it smooth? Could be dizzy.
Hopefully new cap/rotor will fix it.

 

i had a problem like that. i had to hold my car at 3 grand for like 5 secs then gun it. other wise it would bog a bit. it was my o2's, but my tps was also messed. so it could have been either. unplug your tps and go for a drive. you'll get a cel but its will run fine, cus it just uses the other sensors to calculate a/f ratio. thats how i found out mine was fucked. it ran pretty good with it unpluged.

 

have you done any work on the distributor before the bog started?
