Hey everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone can shed some light on my situation.

What would cause a squeaking noise when you turn the wheel to the left and right? I don't hear anything when I'm going straight or making turns though.

It could be the wheel bearings

 

Low powersteering fluid

 

OK I checked the PS fluid, that's full.

Would I need to replace upper or lower...or both?

 

you would have to determine where the sound is coming from, have someone push on teh engine bay and u look under to hear the noise...voila
