Squeaking noise

Hey everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone can shed some light on my situation.

What would cause a squeaking noise when you turn the wheel to the left and right? I don't hear anything when I'm going straight or making turns though.

ball joints? happened to me a week ago...when the noise is there push down on the car and see if it squeeks...that may tell u that it is the ball joints...

OK I checked the PS fluid, that's full.

Would I need to replace upper or lower...or both?
