Replacing Cam Seal

Replacing Cam Seal
I had my timing belt changed under a year ago, and near the distributor side of the engine, there is some dirt in that area no doubt due to some oil there. I dont think I have an oil leak problem, but I do top up about .5 to 1 litre of oil in about 3000 km after an oil change.
I was looking into replacing the oem cam seal with maybe the AC cam seal. Comparing the AC to the STR, the AC has 3 rubber rings, where as the STR has 2 with 1 being thicker than the other. Anyone have opinions between these 2?
AC cam seal : http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/AC-Ca...15837111QQrdZ1
STR cam seal: http://www.team-integra.net/sections...?ArticleID=576
Anyways, for replacing the cam seal, should it be done when the engine is cold? I would assume so, just wanted to double check.
Is using a new valve cover gasket necessary?
When applying hondabond, should it be applied to every sealing side?
Thanks

I've never heard of the AC but it looks very similar to the Golden Eagle Cam seal. http://www.goldeneaglemfg.com/images/strpr_camseal.jpg
I've used the Golden Eagle cam seal. Great product. Haven't had any problems since. It's a 3-ring design like the AC one you show.
I've re-used the valve cover gasket, but never more then twice. Didn't have any problem with the gasket leaking. But that was my case. I'm sure it's different for everyone. I usually dab the honda bond every couple of cms.
