Default Power Window Problem... Help??

Hey Guys,

My driver side window is giving me some trouble. It goes up and down as it should but mainly on the way back up, it bucks inward at one point and then as it nears the top it lets out this ear cringing squeal/ scraping sound that is unbearable.:*****:

A friend mentioned that there are screws on the inside of the door that align the window path? Is that true? The friend is an old muscle car builder so I don't know how accurate the info is for a late model import?

I have to fix this ASAP it's so painful to hear  I'll have to leave my window up all summer, just to avoid the sound!!

Thanks In Advance,
