I had some sap on my car, sprayed some HD degreaser on it and rubbed it off, rinsed the car, it also rained that day pretty hard, figured the rain would get all of it that i missed.

Next afternoon in the sun it looks like someone split a jub of bleach on my hatch and top of rear quarter panel. looks like ----, if i scratch it with my finger nail it seems to come off, any ideas?

 

Wet sand it, and buff it out.

 

would those same steps bring the colour of my paint out more also?
