pretty sure it doesn't...im sure the stock downpipe in an eg is smaller...a custom flange could be made by any exhaust shop, or even get them to weld on the itr flange from before the cat, onto the eg downpipe...

now the length is too long, so your gonna have to cut that as well...not even sure if the catback is the same pattern...most likely though

 

midpipe will bolt on as long as the flange is the same on your cat. the axle back needs to be shortened before the muffler and the tip will need some trimming aswell. also wont fit if you have a swaybar on your hb.
