Default need help, ride very bumpy

Hello Team,

My 95 teg has become very bumpy. I am not sure if I need to replace the shocks, springs or both.
When I’m driving on the 401 and go over the joining metal strips on the road (not sure what they are called….. it accommodates the expansion and contraction of the road), I really feel the bump.

I was also thinking about the bushings!
Any suggestions where to start?

you gotta list what suspension mods you have

If all of a sudden it's happened, I'd have to say you've blown a shock or two.
