Default master cylinder for brake

so when i go to brake i have pressure but then the pedal goes straigh to the floor.
at first i was thinking my brakes just need to be bleed.
but even when the car is off the brake pedal has pressure for about 2-3 seconds then loses all of its pressure and goes straight to the floor.
now he said it might be my brake master cylinder.
anyone have prior experience with this?
any good places to pick up a new master cylinder for a cheap price

thanks
marlo

On a hot day and old brake fluid, pedal will sink a bit. Check the vacuum hose from intake manifold to brake master on the firewall for leaks.

Check for leaks first. If you have a blown line/no fluid it'll bottom the pedal out.

My buddy had the same problem on his 95. He replaced his brake master cylinder and put a Type R brake Booster just cuz he wanted to. Fixed the problem.

Master cylinder; make sure you put in good brake fluid too. So many people neglect the fluid. It does make a big difference, especially if you're a spirited driver/drive on the track.
