hey guys & gals

i just bought my 93 integra last week and i just got a trip permit on it yesterday and still need to take it for etest & safety,
theres been quite a bit of hesitation, if you go to take off it is so slow and sounds like its gonna die but then once it hits a certain rpm it kicks in and goes and works really well, i just dont like the hesitation in it, anyone know what that could be?
also I have a blinking S3 light, im not sure what S3, S4, S stand for, there was no users manual when I bought it, it was a private sale too, could someone please tell me what this means too?
sorry for asking so many questions, its my first car, it was cheap and i plan on keeping it for a very long time,

your answers, suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!

Does it shift into all gears?
Hesitation could be caused from old plugs/wires/rotor or many other things. It may just need a tune up, or some fresh gas and a good boot if it was sitting for a while.

get a tune up.

if there's a check engine light, find out what it means. chances are it'll be the vehicle speed sensor since your s3 light is blinking.

thank you....the person i bought it off of told me they did a tune up...well we checked the plugs and OMG they were burnt and even started to rise up the whites of the plugs, so changed that and the cat, so far its running much better still a slight hesitation tho, thinking of changing the fuel filter too....i need to check fuses and such to see why my light is blinking, even my ABS light is on, but brakes are great all the way around...also does anyone know where the motor is located for the passenger side window switch?? I have 3 windows that close but my front passenger side one wont, and does anyone know where I can get rear bushings for my car and a good mechanic to put them in??
