Default Going crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, I'm new to Integras and Im going crazy. I have a 1993 Acura Integra GS with automatic trans (sport trans I believe s3 s4 on shifter) that just spun a rod bearing. I can get an engine from redsmyles on this board out of a 91 gs (B18a), but when I do research on the net some sites say 92-93 came with a B18B1. Also, it says 91 is OBDO and the 93 is OBD1. Will the engine from redsmyles work? What are the differences? What will need to be changed? Please help a noob out. I'm going crazy with all these numbers and letters.

Don't quote me, but: re-use your distributor, intake and exhaust and you shouldn't have a problem. That pretty much takes care of anything that had an electrical hook up, so...

92-93 is obd1 and it is a b18a1...b18b1 came in the 94+ just gota switch over some electrical stuff, clutch, not sure about flywheel since 90-91 and 92-93 use different type clutches not sure if it affects the flywheel as well.

the only thing i can think of is that you have to reuse your dizzy and fuel injectors. as long as you swap out the head and block and keep everything else from the old motor, you should be fine.

i have the reverse done on my beater. it's a 91 with a b18b in it.
