Default E-Brake Light Problem

Car: 99 Integra SE (Manual)

Problem :
So just as of tonight my e-brake light turns on momentarily under hard acceleration in 1st/2nd not in any other gears. I know for a fact that my e-brake is disengaged fully from the point of the handle inside the car... could this be fixed by adjusting the cable, or maybe its a brake fluid issue?

Any help would be appreciated

Check brake fluid level. The ebrake light works as a warning light for being low on fluid, heavy acceleration dips the car and may be just enough to turn the light on.
