So, i was driving down the street and all of a sudden my clutch pedal wouldn't realease no more. I was in 2nd gear. I had to first put it into gear with the car off and then once it started going, i had to pull the clutch pedal up manually and drive it home all the way in first.

I just had the clutch kit replaced 2 weeks ago...

I can't go into gear when the car's on, but i can when it's off. Either way the clutch pedal is soft and refuses to come back up. Anyone know what the exact issue is?

Check the clutch regulator valve. Its underneath the rear differential.

 

could be clutch fluid ... check it out.

 

Check the fluid. If it's empty top it up. Press the clutch down seveal times too see if the clutch slave cylinder is leaking.
