Changing tranny fluid

Default Changing tranny fluid

'm trying to change my Auto tranny fluid, but from what ive read its a lot different from a civic..2 questions

1. how do i know when its full?

2. how do u fill the tranny with fluid seeing as the fill hole is sideways?

1. Usually you fill to the level of the fill hole. Check your FSM

2. Funnel and tube

It's also easier if you take off the passenger wheel.

ok so i tried to change the tranny fluid only to find no fill hole...i got the acura service manual and they say there is a dipstick for the tranny, but i cant friggen find it, if any1 else has an auto teg, can u plz take apic of where the friggen dipstick is

the auto tranny dip stick should be around your starter. it should be a yellow tip with a circle end, just like your oil dip stick.

Make sure u have a flash light..that stick is hard to see if ur not sure where to look.
It is yellow, however it could be covered in dust hence it is hard to see.
I will try to get a pic for you...if i manage to find my camera.

Never actually looked for a tranny dipstick on a 94 but should'nt it be around here somewhere?
