Default Brake Help

Hey all,

I got a leak in my rear brake line on my girlfriends integra. I have a couple of questions, first what size is the line? Secondly how do I get that guard that is covering the lines off. I took off the bolts that hold it but the clips are still tight on the lines. Is there an easy way to get this off, I do not want to start pulling on the lines too hard...this is a 10 year old car in Newfoundland..lol

Any information will be appreciated.

what clips are you talking about? i'm not aware of any clips. if your brake line is leaving (the rubber hose) you can easily get that replaced from acura.

no it is where all the lines run underneath the car, the gas lines and fuel lines are covered by a black plastic case, it is leaking in there.

you still have to get that part from acura then. it attaches to the rear brake and inside the engine bay, i'm not 100^% sure where there are quite a bit of lines there.

I know 2 lines connect to the master cylinder. Buy a helms.
