Default 1994 integra no start

hey guys. I know this is my first post but I am hoping someone can help me.

I bought a 94 integra last year 221,000 on the clock. Not original motor in it but its still a B18B1. I haven't had any problems with it in till last week. I was driving along come to a stop and the car dies. Like someone grab the key and turned it off. I try ed to start it 3 times noticing all 3 times, the car well turn over but no dash lights. Car finally started. It was fine up to Friday same thing happened again. No dash lights, car turns over and it doesn't catch. I didn't hear the fuel pump run, and with the key in the on position I couldn't roll the windows up or down. So I thought it was a main fuse. Took a look at all the fuses, all fuses fine. I am puzzled on what it could be. Tuesday I replaced the battery and alternator thinking it could be it. But no help. So has I said when the car stopped its like someone turned off the key. I get no dash lights, no power to the windows, in the on position, Car well crank when you try to turn it over but won't catch. Keep trying you well finully get the dash lights and the car starts like nothing happened.

Check the grounds on the engine, because if a ground wire is not tight enuff, it will cause that to happen. There's a ground wire the goes from the frame to the transmission casing, and there is also another ground wire that bolts to the thermostat housing.
