They are simple to install, they just bolt onto the bumper.

I doubt the bumper has the holes so you would probably have to make them yourself but I'm not sure with DAs. Another option you can do instead of jacking up the car is remove the front bumper. It isn't hard to remove the bumper and takes very little time. But seeing on how it is cold outside that may be an issue. Honestly you should wait until spring comes. Lips and winter don't like each other very much.

The DAs dont come with holes. Where did you buy the lip. Only optionJDM sells lips that will acctually fit. technotik ones dont fit 100%, neither do the ones at pacifac mall.

Your going to have to make your own holes. And make sure you dont crack the lip when making holes.

The lips come with holes some times, but not always. Just put it on the bumper where you want it on the bumper, and then screw it to the bumper, it's not rocket science.

Yea its pretty easy. But some people drill the holes with a normal drill bit. make sure you use a scrib bit with teeth.

The lip should sleeve onto the bumper. Then from the sides on the inner fender you put 2 bolts on each side and as many as you want from the top center.
