It is finally time to sell my EK after a good 2.5 yrs of building this car from the ground up. The car is parked in a garage and barely driven. I only drive this car to shows basically. Car runs great and is in excellent condition. The purpose of the build was to build a civic that was different than the rest. Car will be parted out, however the buyer can add parts that he/she wants and the price would go up accordingly. The only thing the car needs is a new starter, as it takes a few cranks to get it to turn on sometimes. A lot of time & money has been spent on this project and it's time to move on from it. Car needs a good home!

To do the swap will cost approx $8000-$10000 including labour depending on what parts are being used. On top of that you will need a shell and whatever else you want to add to it. The price i am asking is pretty fair considering the cost to actually swap in a K20 from scratch.
