Default HowTo: Fogs with no Headlights [DA]

Matterials:
-knife/flat screw driver
- 2ft of wire
-wire cutters[optional]
-electrical tape

It is very simple and it took me about 5 minutes.
1. Pop out the foglight switch with a knife or a small flat screw driver.
2.You will need to cut one wire. its the RED with yellow stripe. Make sure you cut leaving yourself enough room to attach another wire to it after and tape. i left about 1.5"-2"

3. Get some wire and connect the side of the switch to the wire you just got
4. Feed it under the dash and into the center console.

You can choose where you want to connect it. either Cigarette lighter or Deck power wire. i chose to connect it to the deck since my cigarette lighter isnt working, you could also feed it straight to the battery but make sure you put a fuse in the line.

5. Make sure you tape everything off good. Now just pop the switch back in and test it. Mine worked like a charm

NOTE: I am not sure about legality of this, i've heard things about US not allowing motorist to have only foglights on. Also i do NOT take any responsibility of your mistakes. Check wiring diagrams for your own safety.

good writeup, but I'm pretty sure its not illegal to have just fogs on as ur DRLs, my Nissan Murano and the new Acura MDX has jus fogs in the day

as for the night time, I've gotten pulled over before, driving with only fog lights
