16's or 17's

Re: 16's or 17's
Ran 17's by default since i bought my car with them on. My old teg had 17's for a bit too. My personal preference is 15's or 16's. 17's were just way too big. made the car look like a 4x4, ride was a little more uncomfortable, and accelerated slightly slower. I'm running 15's right now.. huge difference in ride quality... i guess the point of all this is dont get 17's. if anything get 16's.

Re: 16's or 17's
I've ran 17x9in concave TEs the integra, with 205/40/17 tires.
But I had my fenders rolled and a little pull
I think for ride quality is determined by the quality of tires. Cause imo my ride quality was about the same with the same make/model of tires. The accel did favour when I ran in the 16s.

Re: 16's or 17's
I have run 215/40/17 with no rub ever, the offset of the wheel is important as well (can't remember what they where). I'm with the other guys though, run 15" with a 205/50/15 and you can get a much better quality wheel and tires for the same money and have a much better ride and I feel better cornering grip as well. Think about it race cars don't run rubber band tires!

Re: 16's or 17's
On my 2000 Integra I'm running 205/45/16's Dunlop Direzza DZ101's on my BBS RX's and I like the ride. My buddy has 17's with a drop and I hate the ride. I prefer the 16's by a long shot I'm even thinking of just going down to the GSR blades but I haven't seen another teg with the RX's so its always good to be different when everyone and their mother has the same car as you lol

16" Bronze Konig Helium Rims with Continental DW Tires (4x100) - Markham / York Region Tires, Rims For Sale - Kijiji Markham / York Region Canada.
205/50/16 work too. The slightly thicker sidewall makes the ride more comfortable and it actually fits this 90's era car rather than big wheels with super thin sidewalls. Just make sure you have good sport/summer tires with harder sidewalls, not all-seasons.

Re: 16's or 17's
I've got 205/45/16's for sale if you want them. They're almost brand new. I'm using them currently but can get them off if you want them. msg me and I'll send pics.
I'll even include the RIMS. They're open spoked so if you've got nice calipers (which I'm also selling), and rotors; they'll really show through. My entire car is actually for sale (if I can figure out how to post).
