Default Is this a CV prob?

I was comin home to day and noticed some clunks. Everytime I entered a new gear and accelerated it would clunk, or if I tapped the gas quicky it would clunk. Also Uphill alot of vibrating and hesitating. All the clunks were coming from the right side (Tranny, cv joint)

Thanks in advance

Well my tranny is in pretty horrible condition and I was told it could be ready to "go". What happens exactly when a tranny "goes"?
