Default Brake light bulb change

I have 2000 acura integra SE. My driver side brake light is not working. I wanted to replace it. I opened the plastic cover from the trunc and I see only two bulbs . I think tail light and I couldn't find the brake light. Do I need to open the light assemble to get to the brake light? or it is the tail light that works as brake light? Mt tail light is good only brake light not working.

Any help would be appreciated

It's the same bulb with a dual element sometimes one element burns out and not the other so you need to replace the bulb
