is that **** supposed to turn? or what?

cap for wat?? turnin it adjust anythin? or jus for looks?

so would turnin it affect anythin?
was workin on my car the other day and my buddy was like wats this and started spinnin it...beat the stupid out of him lol...

then you'll need a new johnson rod
