jeff is right..it is a cap...but how long have you had your car and now you notice that?...

cap for wat?? turnin it adjust anythin? or jus for looks?

its at filter. what your looking at it the EVAP purge solonoid.

so would turnin it affect anythin?
was workin on my car the other day and my buddy was like wats this and started spinnin it...beat the stupid out of him lol...
