The negative terminal connector came loose and my car shut down and blew some lights on the car. Now when i have my head lights on my brake lights are on all the time. also when i press the brake with headlight switch on off, the lights on the front as well as intrument panel, cluster etc turn on. The door open and trunk open lights are both on all the time as well

Not sure how this could have happened out of no where, ill be taking it to the mechanic tomorrow just wanted to see if there was maybe something i could do to fix it.
