When was the last time you did a tune up? And have you ever cleaned you throttle body? Fuel filter age?

Also, try unplugging the iacv and see if the idle settles down. If it does, then you either need to clean it again or its not working.

just when its cold then it slowly the difference in rpm gets smaller and smaller
but if i unplug the ecu its stops for a couple fo minutes and then does it again but i think i hvae found the problem i think it might be an o2 sensor

It can be the O2, but depending on which one if the O2 is bad you would get a CEL.

That's strange, if you are really desperate you can try Seafoam but read up on it first there are some risks. It could be that something is blocked, again that is a last resort I don't know if that would solve the issue.

How did you clean the IACV? Did you actually take it off and spray it down with throttle body cleaner? Maybe try replacing it?
