When you say everything you need on a head, does this refer to Distributor as well? If so what year Dizzy is it? OBD-1/2???

 

AEM valve springs/retainers?

 

yes distributor, IM, valve cover, cams, cam gears, and its OBD2

 

What's the drop on the springs?

bump.... springs should be 2.25 in front and 1.75 in back if not mistaken
